Xbox is the intersect of product and passion. Xbox is unique in this respect, in that they’re a company that builds their own hardware. They build their own software. They built their own culture. My role as a visual lead and later manager was always the same. Find those business, experience and technology drivers that bring Xbox culture into product wherever possible.
